The land we call home is in Mississippi Mills, Ontario, where we respectfully acknowledges that we are stewards on the traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishinabe Nation, and for that we are grateful.

As a community, we value the teachings of the land and its role in our learning and growth. We learn that the forest is not just a gathering of trees but a living and interconnected system of life, that we are a part of. 

We commit to nurturing this land and its teachings, to listening and learning from knowledge keepers, and to incorporate stewardship and principles of Forest School pedagogy into our work.

May we continue to learn, grow, and thrive together on this land in the spirit of reconciliation, respect, and gratitude.
